Amanda Kross Associate Director
Amanda works with mission-driven organizations to define their future direction, envision and plan new visitor and staff experiences, and develop organizational and operations plans that support innovation and drive success. Amanda is an experienced facilitator, advisor, and project manager; she is known to build consensus and facilitate engaging conversations with visitors, staff, leadership and political figures. Amanda has partnered with the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, Hirshhorn Museum of Art, Cranbrook Art Museum, University of Michigan Library and Museum, Smith College Museum of Art, and the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth for visioning and strategic planning projects. She has designed and facilitated user research and ethnographic studies to drive architectural planning and master planning efforts for the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, UC Santa Cruz Institute of the Arts and Sciences, and New York Public Library, among others.
