Mark has lived in all 3 worlds of UX design, usability research and agile software development at startup and corporate environments. After 10 years of running UX design and usability services across many software applications and websites for GSK, Mark took the role of developing and training a user centered agile process to a very large IT organization for 4 years. Mark is now the product owner for a team at McKesson Specialty Health that runs an extremely robust user research and design process to drive clinical software for the largest group of outpatient cancer clinics. Mark has applied various forms of agile, design thinking, usability research and lean to design and build extremely useful products that realize their value the moment they go out the door. Figuring out how to apply all aspects simultaneously can get a bit tricky but the results are worth it to your team and your customers.
