Nicole Shephard UX Interaction Design Manager
Travelport
Nicole is a design strategist and startup coach for Travelport Labs, the innovation arm for the world’s leading travel commerce platform. In her role with Travelport Labs, Nicole has helped imagine, build, run, and refine Travelport’s internal innovation program and travel startup accelerator. She actively engages internal and external startup founders to build customer empathy, explore new ideas and business models, and quickly test and refine potential solutions. She is a lean startup and design thinking evangelist, a customer advocate, and a sucker for continuous improvement. When she’s not yammering excitedly about new business ideas, Nicole enjoys reading, knitting, and walking around town with her chocolate lab, Jackson.
