Why Brandon?

Brandon Linn is the Manager of Talent Management at Accolade, an on-demand healthcare navigation service for employers, health plans and health systems. His day to day duties include creatively evolving through strategy and execution, various aspects within the employee engagement, performance management, career development, talent branding, change management, and innovation spaces. Brandon approaches his work as he does his lifelong hobby of music production- "Constantly fusing business intel (the data or the "notes") and emotional intel (the meaning or the "melody")." He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.A. in Writing and Communications from Syracuse University as well as a certificate in Human Resources Management from DeSales University.
