With over 20 years experience as a global design leader, Michael’s work has been featured in the bestseller “Lean Startup”. He is the recipient of multiple patents and industry awards, including the prestigious Red Dot Award.
A father of four, Michael is deeply committed to increasing participation in youth sports, and passionate that design thinking is a skill that can change even the largest societal problems.
Michael leads the design team at Dick’s with the promise of designing in a way that creates confidence and excitement, and encourages all people to find their love of sports.
