He has a proven track record for designing and delivering innovative digital products and services as well as growing and leading large multidisciplinary teams through programs of transformative change.
As a driver and thought leader for innovation and customer experience strategy, Paul has a strong focus on advanced Human Centered Design practices and emerging technologies such as progressive web applications, personalized predictive analysis, and artificial intelligence.
Previous roles have seen Paul play a pivotal function in growing and scaling design capabilities and operations, the orchestration of customer experience transformation, and cultural behavioral changes from the ground up.
In his current position, Paul oversees a team of 40+ multi-disciplinary design professionals, extending across service & product design, experience, visual design, information architecture, research anthropology and interaction design. Paul is responsible for leading the ongoing growth and development of a world-class design capability inside Prudential's Customer office, delivering on a wide variety of complex and detailed projects across all local and international businesses.
