Sarah Bellrichard currently leads the large and growing Customer Experience Design (CXD) team within the Digital Solutions for Business (DS4B) group at Wells Fargo, creating intuitive, learnable user experiences for diverse types of web applications across multiple delivery channels and device types. Her focus for several years has been serving the needs of Wells Fargo's B2B customers through digital products and services delivered via the Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO) and CEO Mobile® platforms and, more recently, Wells Fargo's API Gateway developer portal and the emerging cross-channel Lending platform.
Sarah is skilled at establishing and evolving UX processes, design/prototype toolkits and large-scale design systems with supporting standards as well as building/managing cross-functional teams. She is a seasoned and successful champion of user/usage-centric design methodologies.
