Why Stefania? 

Stefania leads the User Experience global team at HID. She spent the past 15 years studying human behavior, and socializing iterative processes such as Design Sprints and Fast Prototyping within executive and engineering teams. 


She developed novel solutions to rapidly create traditional UX assets, such as personas and user journeys, which she presented at SXSW® 2016 and Google. She is the instructor of a live 4-week course on personas for ConversionXL Institute, which went live in March, 2018. She led startups and large corporations through a customer-centric transformation of legacy products, most recently at Pearson Education. 


Her mission is to inject iterative, learning-based design into product development. She specializes in product strategy, quantitative UX, and all phases of product design: from ideation, to execution. She has a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology and still remains an avid learner.
