Suzanne is the Chief Experience Officer for
Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services. She has 15+ years of
experience with industry-leading global organizations, including Hyatt,
Unilever, L’Oreal, and Procter & Gamble. She is an expert in product and
service innovation, and omni-channel customer experience development, from
hospitality, CPG, luxury products, and retail. As Cushman & Wakefield’s
first CXO, she leads the strategy and design of the firm’s Experience Program.
This encompasses both the vision and realization for helping corporations use
real estate as a driver for talent acquisition, engagement, and productivity.
Leveraging her expertise in consumer-driven industries, Suzanne helps corporate
real estate executives strengthen their workplace – and their brand - in the
eyes of their employees. In an industry historically focused on buildings and
assets, Suzanne is changing the conversation to focus on people.
